Shipping & Return Information

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

You will receive a purchase receipt by email shortly after you have placed your order. Your order will be charged to your account at that time. Orders will usually be shipped within 7 days from the date you place your order. You will be notified by email when your order is being shipped, along with tracking information. A receipt will also be included in your package.

CREDIT CARD BILLING:  When you receive your monthly credit card statement from your credit card company, our charge will appear as The Wellness Corner.

PAYPAL BILLING:  When you receive your statement, our charge will appear as The Wellness Corner.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES:

You have your choice of U.S. Mail Priority Mailing or UPS ground. If your order is being shipped to a P.O. Box, you must use U.S. Mail.

U.S. Mail Rates:

  • For orders up to $49.99, shipping and handling is $5.00.
  • For orders up to $99.99, shipping and handling is $7.50.
  • For orders up to $198.99, shipping and handling is $10.00.
  • For orders $199.00 and over, shipping and handling is FREE!

UPS Ground Rates:

  • For orders up to $49.99, shipping and handling is $10.00.
  • For orders up to $99.99, shipping and handling is $12.50.
  • For orders up to $199.00, shipping and handling is $15.00.
  • For orders $200.00 and over, shipping and handling is discounted to $10.00.

At this time, overnight orders cannot be processed through our website. .

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:

Any product in original, unopened condition, with purchase receipt, may be returned within 60 days of shipment date for a full refund of the product price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Opened items, items not in original condition, items that do not have The Medicine Store price sticker, and items purchased more than 60 days ago are non-returnable. All returns must be pre-approved by contacting us by e-mail stating the reason for return. If you return an item that is deemed non-returnable, you will be notified of this decision by e-mail and given the option of having the item returned to you, at your expense, or the item will be destroyed.

AllerNorm Guarantee: If you don’t experience the allergy relief you need with AllerNorm, we offer a full refund of your purchase, within 120 days of purchase. Refund is for the product only, not for shipping. To obtain a refund, return the AllerNorm bottle to: The Medicine Store, 74 S. Main St, Concord, NH 03301. Please include the following information: Name, address, phone number, email address, copy of purchase receipt and reason for return.  We will call you for your credit card information to issue the credit.  Limit one return per household.

Professional services, health consultations and lab work are non-refundable.
